A leading manufacturer of steel doors adds much required capacity in production of door frames using an electric PivaPunch Punching Center for Coils.
The method of producing accurately punched/processed frames made of high strength steel grades was developed and thoroughly tested by Pivatic for the end-user prior to selecting Pivatic as the machine vendor of choice for their production.
The punching station is to be equipped with next generation tool selectors for improved throughput, thus enhancing productivity and reduction of cycle time.
Further enhancement will be additional tonnage capacity that will give the current electric punching machine the additional higher press capacity for larger Thick Turret and Press Tooling.
